CEAH director candidate open forums scheduled May 1-4

Four candidates for the director of the Center for Excellence in the Arts and Humanities will interview on campus the week of May 1. Faculty members are encouraged to attend the open forums, all scheduled in 3150 Beardshear:

    Carlton Basmajian, associate professor of community and regional planning, 4-5 p.m. Monday, May 1
    Teresa Paschke, professor of art and visual culture, 12-1 p.m. Tuesday, May 2

The CEAH director leads the center's mission to promote excellence in research and creative scholarship by Iowa State's arts and humanities faculty. He or she guides the operations and development of the CEAH in consultation with the Office of the Vice President for Research, the CEAH Advisory Council, and deans from the College of Design and the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
