This year's Benson Lecture featured Dr. Hunter Vaughan, Senior Research Associate (Associate Professor) at the University of Cambridge, who presented "Environmental Humanities in the Age of Climate Crisis".
Dr. Hunter Vaughan is a Senior Research Associate at the Minderoo Centre for Technology and Democracy, University of Cambridge. He’s an environmental media scholar and cultural historian, and his research focuses on the relationship between new media technologies, social justice, and the environment. He has authored two books, published numerous articles, and co-edited two books. He is also the Co-Director of the AHRC-funded Global Green Media Network and a member of the Convening Team for the UNFCCC’s Entertainment and Culture for Climate Action initiative.
